A Clean, Up-to-Date Facility.
The best teachers in the world won't make up for a dirty facility with run-down equipment. That's why, every day, we thoroughly clean our studio from top to bottom. And we check our equipment to make sure it's in good working order, and replace it when it needs replacing.

Finally, it takes the right people to make an amazing community. The environment of our school attracts people who are open-minded, enjoy socializing with one another, and enjoy having fun. The parents whose kids train with us are caring and supportive. The adults who train with us are kind and fun. It's like a family here, and we'd love for you to become a part of it.

Krav Maga is an Israeli-born self-defense system that focuses on teaching students how to respond in fast, intense, real-world situations. Krav Maga is considered very “no-nonsense” because it focuses on targeting your opponent's most vulnerable points, i.e. the neck/throat, eyes, groin, solar plexus, and others.

It utilizes the body's natural inclinations and instincts for efficient movements that feel very natural and easy to learn. Krav Maga also teaches the use of objects and aspects of your environment / surroundings for the most effective self-defense possible.

Kickboxing became a national sport in the United Stated in 1962. Full-contact tournaments were held that combined western-style boxing with martial arts from Asia. Back in those days, there were hardly any rules associated with the sport.

There were no weight divisions - so a man of 120 pounds might face a man of 200 pounds. Fast forward to today, and the sport of kickboxing has greatly changed. The rules are clear and safe. In these classes, you won't have to worry about any of that though. Our focus is on the fat-burning benefits that come with professional kickboxing training.

MMA—or mixed martial arts—was developed for competition and sport. It uses striking techniques, and grappling and wrestling techniques. Fights involve situations where the fighters are either standing or on the ground. MMA's roots go back to ancient Olympics.

It's evolved over the centuries, making its way to Asia, the Pacifc Rim, and Europe in the 1900s. Today, MMA training is used for competitions, or for a great workout that's a ton of fun. Whatever your goals are with MMA - we'll help you get there.
